How do foreign students obtain a recognition certificate?

Foreign students studying in Turkey must obtain a recognition certificate to determine whether their education from their home country is valid in Turkey. A recognition certificate is a document that shows that your school is equivalent to schools in Turkey. Without a recognition certificate, you cannot register at a university in Turkey that provides education.
